I have downloaded or updated Fast Food Nation 2.1.0 and the game won't load on my device

As mentioned in the App Store, Fast Food Nation 2.1.0 is only compatible with iPhone OS 3.0 and over. If your device still use OS 2.x, you won't pass the splash screen. A bug allowed you to install the game on OS 2.0 and shouldn't have.

You can still update your device to benefit of all of the great advantages of the 3.x Operating System in order to play. Find more information here.

I paid and downloaded your app but it wasn't installed

Apple takes care of the download and installing process. If you have any problem with that you must contact the Itunes team directly. We do not have any control on that.

Something useful to know, if you purchased an app and accidentally deleted it, you can always redownloaded it freely with your itunes account.

I'm not happy with your product and I wan't to be refund

We do our best to provide you screenshots, video, and details of our products. However, we understand that it is impossible to meet every people requirements and we regrets the fact that we disappoint you. Unfortunately we cannot help you with the refund process. The itunes team handle the refund process. You should know that every part of this process is out of our control and we apologize for any inconvenient it may cause.

In which language your apps are available?

All of our apps are in english and French. The app will automatically set is language depending of the language of your device.

You announced an update and it's still not available

We work at our best to solve any problem with our apps. However, we can't be faster than the app store approval process allow us to be. In example, if we found a crazy bug of death, allow us some days or even weeks to solve it, and some more weeks to get apple approved the update and upload it to itunes.
